Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the right solutions to meet their business needs. This role is to help set appointments and qualify prospects for our various technology clients.
Pay Range: $22-$25/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns. Lists, calling materials, scripts, etc. will be provided.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to setting the appointment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our client offerings and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results using iRc CRM software, providing regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years inside sales experience within the technology sector.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Consultative Selling.
